U12s Travel to Kilmacud Crokes

North Antrim U12s Travel to Kilmacud Crokes Dublin

 

Off the back of the recent Festival of Hurling in North Antrim Kilmacud Crokes invited our U12 lads down for a Hurling tournament at their home grounds in Dublin.  The matches where due to start around 10am so it was defiantly an early start to the day for our young players and convoy of parents and supporters who travelled down with them.

 

The lads competed against Sarsfields(Cork), Kilmacud Crokes and Dicksboro with the results as follows:

 

 - Sarsfields(Cork) (5-06 North Antrim (3-03)
 - Kilmacud Crokes (0-02) North Antrim (5-01)
 - Dicksboro (2-04) North Antrim (2-03)
 - 5th / 6th place play off Douglas (0-06) North Antrim (2-01)

 

A superb days Hurling by the boys and well enjoyed by parents and supporters.  North Antrim would like to thank all who took our players down today making it possible for them to play in this tournament which will hopefully be the first of many.
